Travis Barker’s ex, Shanna Moakler, has some encouraging words about the Blink 182 drummer after he was rushed to the hospital.
On June 29, insiders confirmed that Barker was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles for inflammation of the pancreas. A source close to the musician said he was “complaining of convulsions,” which led to him being taken to the hospital, according to People. “Kourney [Kardashian] was worried yesterday. They were both. Travis suffered from extreme abdominal pain and could barely walk.”
His daughter, Alabama Barker, shared a photo on TikTok of her holding her father’s hand. “Please say a prayer,” she wrote. She later deleted the post, but it wasn’t long before she asked followers on Instagram to think of her father. “Please send your prayers,” she said, along with a teary-eyed emoji.
No representative from the rocker camp has yet confirmed his hospitalization, but his ex Moakler issued a statement thanking everyone for their support, along with some praise for Kardashian.

She added that Barker has the best support system, which includes his wife. “I know he is in great hands and surrounded by loving support, the best medical teams available and his beautiful wife Kourtney.” She also wished Barker’s speedy recovery and that their children Alabama and Landon find peace. “I am praying for a speedy recovery and for the comfort of my children as I know they are very concerned and concerned.”
It’s pretty clear that there’s no bad blood between Kardashian and Moakler, as the latter even congratulated the couple after their recent wedding. “Happy birthday to the happy couple,” she told People. “I wish them the best that life has to offer as they journey together.” She even said how much she appreciated that the two included their children in the wedding. “I wish the happy couple a happy marriage. I will continue to want the best for my children,” she told Us Weekly. “It was a lovely gesture to include my children in such a great cause.”
