Olivia Wilde isn’t holding back on rumors that she cheated on Jason Sudeikis with Harry Styles

It’s been quite a rollercoaster ride for Olivia Wilde, Harry Styles and Wilde’s ex-fiancé Jason Sudeikis. Wilde and Sudeikis began dating in 2011 after meeting at a “Saturday Night Live” afterparty, Sudeikis told Stephen Colbert (via People). The couple then got engaged in 2013 (via Los Angeles Times), though they never officially made things official. During their time together, the couple welcomed two children — Daisy and Otis — but in 2020, the couple called it quits. “The split happened earlier this year,” a source told People magazine at the time. “It was amicable and they’ve developed into a great routine of co-parenting. The children are the priority and the heart of the family relationship.”

Shortly after Wilde and Sudeikis called things off, the actress made headlines for her romance with Harry Styles. As is well known, the two met on the set of Wilde’s film “Don’t Worry Darling” and made one headline after the other. But while Wilde and Styles appear to be going strong, the dispute between Wilde and Sudeikis has become a hot topic of conversation. In April, Sudeikis delivered the custody papers to Wilde while she was onstage at CinemaCon in Las Vegas. Sudeikis and his team insisted they were unaware Wilde would be served so publicly (per Deadline), but things have been rocky for Wilde and Sudeikis since then, mostly over the custody battle over their two children.

But now, Wilde still makes one thing clear — her romance with Styles didn’t overlap with Sudeiki’s in any way, shape or form.

Olivia Wilde denies rumors she cheated on Jason Sudeikis

Olivia Wilde finally clears up those pesky cheating rumors. In an interview for Vanity Fair in October, Wilde quashed rumors that she cheated on Jason Sudeiki’s longtime love with Harry Styles. “The idea that I left Jason for Harry is completely wrong,” she said. “Our relationship was over long before I met Harry.” Wilde explained that she and Sudeikis have had a “bumpy road” for quite some time, while noting that the relationship didn’t just end “overnight.” The pandemic had a little to do with their final split.

“We raised two children during lockdown so we were parents together during that time. When it became clear that living together was no longer beneficial for the children, it became a responsibility not to do so because as friends living in different homes we could be better parents,” she revealed. Wilde also said she didn’t know why the media felt the need to create “false narratives” on subjects they didn’t know much about when she and Sudeikis had already been through so much.In true Wilde form, nothing was holding her back.

But Wilde is still in the midst of a lot of drama, including her rumor mill with Don’t Worry Darling actor Florence Pugh. According to The Cut, the two made happy faces at the Venice Film Festival, but tensions are reportedly running high.
