For the past decade, the ladies of the Real Housewives franchise have brought drama and scandal to our television screens. From messy divorces to eye-opening fights, longtime fans have consistently dived into her gag-worthy shenanigans. However, one of the most dramatic and popular iterations of the franchise is none other than The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Set in California’s most popular zip code, the show follows the fabulous lives of Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, Erika Girardi, Crystal Kung Minkoff, Sutton Stracke, Garcelle Beauvais and Lisa Rinna.
While the show was packed with jaw-dropping moments, including Girardi’s ongoing legal troubles and Kemsley’s traumatic robbery, the series has showcased Beauvais and Rinna’s crumbling relationship. Before landing on the show, the two actors shared a decades-long friendship (per Bravo’s The Daily Dish). However, the cracks in their relationship began to appear after Rinna’s drama with former castmate and friend Denise Richards. During the Season 11 premiere, Beauvais revealed that she didn’t trust the “Melrose Place” star, as reported by Page Six.
Their friendship continued to face obstacles after the ‘Coming 2 America’ star said Rinna had a problem with her discussing race on the show. “Someone told me that you said I should never have put racing on this show,” Beauvais revealed during the Season 11 reunion (via People). While the two have seemingly resolved their issue, it looks like Rinna is back in the hot seat to discuss race, Beauvais and the ‘real housewives of Dubai’.
Real Housewives of Dubai stars bang on Lisa Rinna
In May, the 12th season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills premiered on Bravo. This time the ladies were joined by a new cast member, Diana Jenkins. Since her debut, the philanthropist has faced backlash over her interactions with housewife Garcelle Beauvais and her recent exchange with a black content creator, Kristen Dionne. During their heated argument on Instagram, Jenkins told Dionne, “It can’t feel good to be a black content creator.” Shortly after, the reality TV star claimed she misinterpreted the meaning of “black content creator.” .
During a recent Watch What Happens Live appearance, Beauvais was asked if she bought Jenkins’ apology, to which she replied, “She’s uneducated.” In response, Lisa Rinna shared her two cents on the matter, causing quite a stir. “We fight on our show, when we fight with Garcelle, suddenly we’re called racists,” the former Melrose Place star wrote (per Today). “That’s bullshit. I won’t accept that.” Rinna then ended her tirade by telling “triggered” people to watch “Real Housewives of Dubai” instead.
Shortly after Rinna’s comment, RHODubai stars Chanel Ayan (pictured above) and Lesa Milan cast massive shadows. “Rinna Africa called and they want their lips back! Keep Dubai out of your mess and your mouth,” Ayan tweeted. She also captioned the show by encouraging fans to “tune in next Wednesday.” “She doesn’t want that heat, we’re not BH… we’re going to drag her off that doctor’s table and into the desert,” Milan added.
