Kanye “Ye” West can’t stop speaking out about Kim Kardashian in public despite apologizing to his ex-wife for dissing her on social media.
Ever since Ye and Kardashian announced their divorce, they’ve been a mainstay in the headlines as the rapper continues to air his dirty laundry. He has repeatedly accused her of preventing her children from spending time with him and has constantly ridiculed her new boyfriend Pete Davidson on Instagram, making the comedian the subject of his songs.
Thankfully, Ye eventually found out about his mistake and publicly apologized to Kardashian. “I’ve learned that using all caps makes people feel like I’m yelling at them,” he wrote in a now-deleted Instagram post (via E! News). “I’m working on my communication. I can benefit from a team of creative professionals, organizers, mobilizers and community leaders. Thank you to everyone who supports me.” He also said he’s still learning and apologized to Kardashian for sharing their private conversations. “I know sharing screenshots was irritating and perceived as harassment to Kim. I take responsibility. I’m still learning in real time. I don’t have all the answers. Being a good leader means being a good listener.”
Now, months after his initial apology, Ye has started shadowing the SKIMS founder again.
Kanye West shadowed Kim Kardashian at the 2022 BET Awards
No one expected Kanye West to perform at the 2022 BET Awards, but the “Donda” rapper graced the stage to present his good friend Sean “Diddy” Combs with the Lifetime Achievement Award.
Ye gave a long speech about how Diddy influences him – including his relationships. This apparently included Kim Kardashian. “I go to [Diddy] for advice to this day,” he said. “He inspires so many of my decisions. So many of my life choices. My wife’s choice. And here we are — thanks for that, Puff.” Yes’s remarks seemed to have got the audience laughing, but Twitter thought otherwise. !!!!,” one user exclaimed. “Bet Awards GHETTO & MESSY,” another fan tweeted. “Kanye throws shade at Kim K as always.”
Meanwhile, Kardashian has always stressed the importance of keeping things rock-bottom. During an appearance on “Today with Hoda & Jenna,” the “The Kardashians” star shared that she will never tell the public everything about her personal affairs. “I think there’s a lot that I share and there’s also a lot that I don’t share and I don’t think I ever will. You know… people just go through things in relationships,” she said. “Sometimes people post all the good stuff and that’s ok, that’s their picture and that’s their story and that’s their art they want to post. But I don’t think everything has to be broadcast. Not me. “
