Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde are defending themselves against the former nanny’s claims

After several shocking claims about their relationship from a former nanny they hired, ex-boyfriends Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde are fighting back. An unidentified nanny has reportedly leaked stories about the couple to the Daily Mail, including one in which Sudeikis allegedly lay under Wilde’s car to prevent her from leaving. The nanny reportedly provided the Daily Mail with proof of identity in addition to text conversations, but the publication chose not to name her in the article.

Though Sudeikis and Wilde haven’t seemed to have gotten along since their split — considering court documents were served to Wilde during a public appearance (via The Guardian) — they seem to be on the same page about what this unidentified source had to say about them . Also, it sounds like the mysterious person was actually a former nanny to Sudeiki and Wilde’s children.

Sudeikis and Wilde have denied the claims

Despite their relationship difficulties, Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde teamed up to respond to their former nanny’s claims, as published by Page Six. In part, the stars shared their reaction to the interview, writing, “As parents, it is incredibly upsetting to learn that a former nanny of our two young children has chosen to publicly make such false and bizarre allegations about us” (per People. )

Additionally, her statement detailed the nanny’s “now 18-month campaign to harass us, as well as loved ones, close friends and co-workers,” suggesting that more happened to this individual behind closed doors than the claims made to the Daily Mail. The statement did not specify the harassment of the nanny, nor did it say whether Sudeikis and Wilde would take legal action.
