Charli D’Amelio sparks relationship rumors with Travis Barker’s son

Charlie D’Amelio has been in the headlines in recent years for having the most followers on TikTok (until recently) and apparently also for her genuine love of chicken nuggets. As many of her fans can probably recall, the social media star received a slew of backlash when her family sat down to a dinner prepared by her personal chef, Aaron May, only for her to request frozen chicken nuggets instead of that , which was served, according to the New York Post.

The criticism she received was so bad — many people called it justified — that D’Amelio had to go to her Twitter account to clarify a few things. “At the end of the day I know I’m a good person with a good heart and I’ll never change that about myself. Love you all!” she wrote at the time.

And while D’Amelio has also made headlines for her personal life, including her relationships with Chase Hudson and Lil Huddy, there are new reports that she may be sharing her next chicken nugget meal with someone who has a very famous father.

Charli D’Amelio and Landon Barker meet

According to People, Charli D’Amelio and Travis Barker’s son Landon Barker are meeting. A source close to the situation even said, “They’re seeing each other and it’s early stages.” So far, neither D’Amelio nor Landon have made any comments about their relationship, but the publication says the new couple has been spotted , when it left Travis’ concert together in June.

Now, to what extent or not D’Amelio will open up about this relationship as much as she has with some of her previous ones remains to be seen. Back in December 2020, D’Amelio spoke to Entertainment Tonight about the pressures of dating in the spotlight. She said at the time, “When you find yourself getting to that place where you’re like, ‘Wow, these people are more interested in seeing us fail than they actually want to see us happy together.'” She admitted admits that this type of feeling can be “really harmful,” but tries to get over it. She added: “You have to be true to yourself. It happens with friendships, relationships, everything.”

Well, at least both D’Amelio and Landon have plenty of candlelit chicken nugget dinners to look forward to in their future, right?
